Parents deserve to have a say in their child’s education. That is why I supported a “Parent’s Bill of Rights” and will continue to advocate for it.

We must also continue with strong investments in our schools. However, that does not mean throwing money at something and turning the other way. I will fight for increases in the education budget so long as student outcomes show a return on investment, because this state needs to continue the top-tier education it currently provides. Investing in education now paves a path to a successful future, which benefits all of us.
