About

Rachael Cabral-Guevara is a mother of 4 living in Fox Crossing.

Rachael was born in Appleton and raised in the Air Force, which gave her the opportunity to live across our country. She returned to attend college after high school and hasn’t left Wisconsin since.

Rachael’s family is from the Kimberly, Little Chute, Doty Island and Kaukauna areas.

Rachael is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber since 2008. Rachael has years of experience working in primary care throughout Wisconsin. She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a community health center, student health center, and urgent care clinic.

Rachael opened NPHS – Nurse Practitioner Health Services, LLC in Appleton to provide afford and convenient healthcare to her community. NPHS is a cash based clinic which does not take insurance, posts all prices online and offers housecall services. This model is not seen often in our state but allows for affordable and quality healthcare services.

Rachael taught at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh within the College of Nursing. She believes educating one nurse allows her to extend caring to thousands of patients she never comes in contact with who need nursing cares.

Rachael’s passion for travel and adventure stem from her family life in the Air Force. She loves hiking, visiting new places and learning new things. One item on her bucket list is obtaining a pilot’s license allowing her to travel even more.

Rachael served in the state assembly during the 2021-22 session and has represented the 19th Senate District since 2023.
